IMPORTANT Pre-Booking information
At Nova Exterior, we want to make sure every job runs smoothly and you know exactly what to expect. Please take a moment to read the following before confirming your booking:
Water Supply:
Our equipment requires access to the property’s water supply. By booking, you give permission for us to use your outdoor tap/hose connection during the service.
Power Outlets:
All outdoor electrical outlets must be properly covered before we begin. If outlets appear covered but are not and water damage occurs, we cannot be held liable.
Windows, Doors & Water Intrusion:
Please notify us prior to the service if any windows, doors, frames, seals, or exterior areas are known to leak or allow water or chemicals inside the property. If we are not informed beforehand, Nova Exterior cannot be held liable for any water or chemical intrusion resulting from pre-existing leaks, faulty seals, or structural issues.
Marketing Photography Policy:
We may take photos or videos of the exterior of your property before, during, or after the service is completed. These visuals may be used for marketing purposes, including but not limited to our website, social media, and promotional materials.
Service Scope:
Our services do not include additional work such as clearing weeds or other vegetation from paving joins. We are happy to provide this service for an additional charge upon request.
Other Service Exclusions:
We do not specialise in rust removal, tyre mark removal, or oil stain removal, and these are not included in our services.
Surface Condition:
The results of pressure washing can vary depending on the age and condition of the surface. In some cases, older or porous surfaces may not return to their original appearance. Some mould can permanently stain surfaces. While we remove and treat organic growth, staining may remain on older or porous surfaces. Full removal cannot always be guaranteed.
Roof Treatments & Water Tanks:
For roof treatments, any drains connected to a water tank must be disconnected from the tank before we begin the job. Drains should remain disconnected for 3 days following the treatment to prevent contamination.
Safety & Access:
Please ensure the work area is clear of vehicles, furniture, or other obstacles so we can complete the job efficiently and safely. If we are required to move items to access the work area, this may result in additional charges.
Weather:
For the best results, we may reschedule if weather conditions are unsuitable.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of the scheduled service may incur a $75 cancellation fee.
