At The Nova Exterior, we want to make sure every job runs smoothly and you know exactly what to expect. Please take a moment to read the following before confirming your booking:

• Water Supply: Our equipment requires access to the property’s water supply. By booking, you give permission for us to use your outdoor tap/hose connection during the service.

• Power Outlets: All outdoor electrical outlets must be properly covered before we begin. If outlets look covered but are not and water damage occurs, we cannot be held liable.

• Marketing Photography Policy: We may take photos or videos of the exterior of your property before, during, or after the service is completed. These visuals may be used for marketing purposes, including but not limited to our website, social media, and promotional materials.

• Service Scope: Our services do not include additional work such as clearing weeds or other vegetation from paving joins. We are happy to provide this service for an additional charge upon request.

• Other Service Exclusions: We do not specialise in rust removal, tyre mark removal, or oil stain removal, and these are not included in our services.

• Surface Condition: The results of pressure washing can vary depending on the age and condition of the surface. In some cases, older or porous surfaces may not return to their original appearance. ​Some mould can permanently stain surfaces. While we remove and treat organic growth, staining may remain on older or porous surfaces. Full removal cannot always be guaranteed.

• Safety & Access: Please ensure the work area is clear of vehicles, furniture, or other obstacles so we can complete the job efficiently and safely. We are happy to provide this service for an additional charge upon request.

• Weather: For the best results, we may reschedule if weather conditions are unsuitable.
